Classic Stave Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle, “Seasons of Sunshine” 1998, 165pcs

Offered here is a pre-owned, highly collectable, wooden jigsaw puzzle created in 1989 by the world renowned Stave craftsmen in Norwich Vermont. This puzzle is rated as containing 165 hand cut pieces. We recently counted the pieces and came up with 168. This puzzle was acquired from a woman in her late 80s that loved to collect and solve Staves. It is possible that there are a couple of pieces in this box that belong to other Staves. It is also possible that the box tops were inadvertently swapped. It could be that this puzzle is actually “ Seasons of Bloom”, another of the Four Seasons series. (see pictures) The puzzle itself is in pristine condition and as far as is known, has only been completed once. The box is still in good shape with only the usual and customary signs of use and age.
Stave puzzles will challenge even the most proficient puzzler. These puzzles are truly heirloom quality.
